Sales Operations Specialist
The Sales Operations Specialist, reporting directly to the CCO, will serve as the linking pin within the commercial team, ensuring smooth operations, optimized processes, and effective internal coordination. This role is essential for keeping sales and partner activities structured, organized, and running efficiently. While this position does not carry direct sales responsibilities, it plays a crucial role in supporting quotations, CRM management, and sales process optimization.
The ideal candidate has a project management background, a passion for organization, and a strong customer-centric mindset. They should be adept at translating customer value into actionable internal tasks, ensuring that commercial efforts are aligned with Oktogrid’s broader strategic objectives. Working closely with Partner Account Managers (PAMs), Account Executives (AEs), and Logistics Operations, this person will facilitate seamless collaboration and ensure that all necessary systems and processes function effectively.
The role requires someone with a high energy level, a strong sense of service, and an eagerness to help. They should be detail-oriented, proactive, and meticulous in following up on activities. Communication is key, and the candidate should be comfortable keeping all stakeholders informed, managing expectations, and ensuring clarity in commercial operations.

Age & Seniority
Medior profile (5+ years of experience in a relevant field).
Location
Preferably based in Amsterdam, alternatively Copenhagen.
Language Skills
Fluency in English is required.
Additional language skills (e.g., Dutch, German, French, or Spanish) would be advantageous for supporting international teams.
Sales Process and Operations Support
-Assist in preparing and structuring quotations and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
-Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and usability for the commercial team.
-Track and guide sales processes, ensuring adherence to internal protocols and best practices.
-Monitor and improve workflows, identifying bottlenecks and process inefficiencies.
Cross-Team Coordination and Communication
-Act as the central point of contact between the commercial team, logistics operations, and other internal departments.
-Ensure seamless collaboration between Partner Account Managers (PAMs), Account Executives (AEs), and other stakeholders.
-Keep all teams informed and updated, ensuring clear and effective communication of priorities, deadlines, and ongoing activities.
Project and Process Management
-Implement and oversee sales operational processes, ensuring smooth execution and clear guidelines for the team.
-Maintain and track key commercial performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the CCO.
-Ensure all sales-related documentation is organized and accessible, maintaining a structured approach to deal tracking and execution.
Customer Value Translation
-Work closely with the commercial team to translate customer feedback and needs into structured internal activities.
-Ensure that all relevant departments understand customer requirements and are aligned on deliverables.
-Assist in ensuring that sales support activities directly contribute to improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Meticulous Follow-Up and Documentation
-Ensure all tasks, action points, and customer interactions are followed up on diligently.
-Maintain and improve internal reporting mechanisms, tracking all key activities and ensuring timely updates.
-Develop structured internal reports for the CCO and other senior leaders to provide visibility into sales operations effectiveness.
Sales Support and Enablement
-Provide administrative and operational support to AEs and PAMs to help streamline commercial activities.
-Support the commercial team with data-driven insights, helping to inform strategic decision-making.
-Assist in the onboarding and training of new commercial team members in CRM tools and processes.
